Hmm. the ceremonial bracers? I don't really know how many there truly were, but I heard that they were split up amongst the three triton factions. The factions were the Naxos, Melos and Syros. They each have a camp somewhere in Mesothalassa. I doubt they will part with the bracers easily though.
