So, you want to obtain the Snakecharmer's Weapon. I shall do my best to help you find it but the records about it are sketchy. What I have read indicates that the Weapon has been found by various souls over time. The last bit of information I found implied that a Mau was in possession of it. I have found no other references past that one. I would start there if I were you, Paladin.
